Who you are contracting with

Seodar is operated by ORTAL, Petar Nikolić s.p., a sole trader registered in Slovenia at Gasilska ulica 17, 6000 Koper - Capodistria, tax number SI39522016. That business is the other party to this agreement, and the one you reach at [email protected].

What Seodar does

Seodar fetches pages from a website you nominate and reports what it found against a published list of technical checks. It is a measurement tool. It does not change your site and it cannot guarantee any search ranking - anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

What you may scan

Only sites you own or have permission to test. Do not use Seodar to load-test, probe or map somebody else's infrastructure. We cap crawl size, obey robots.txt and rate-limit anonymous scans, but the responsibility for choosing the target is yours.

Plans, payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, who handle the payment and hold the card details; we never see them. The price you are charged is the one shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves the plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-months, and we do not take back credits you have already been granted.

If we change a price, it applies to you from your next renewal and you will be told before it does. Features may still change or be withdrawn, and we do not promise a service level yet.

Credits

A crawl costs one credit per ten pages, rounded up, and counted on the pages we actually fetched rather than on the limit you set - a 2,000-page limit pointed at a 340-page site costs 34 credits. A crawl that stops part of the way through is charged for the pages it did fetch and nothing for the ones it did not, so a crawl that never got going costs nothing. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable for money.

AI suggestions

Some features ask a language model to draft a title or a meta description for one of your pages. What comes back is a suggestion, not a fact: read it before you use it, and check that it is true of the page. Seodar does not apply anything to your site - you copy it across yourself - and we make no claim about what any wording will do to your rankings.

Connected accounts and keyword tracking

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics you are telling us we may read that property's data on your behalf. Only connect a property you are entitled to - the same rule as choosing what to scan. Our access is read-only in both cases, and you can withdraw it at any time from your account page or from your Google account permissions. The same goes for a Cloudflare API token: you create it, you scope it, and revoking it at Cloudflare ends our access whatever we still hold. If you track keyword positions, the phrases you track are sent to a search-results provider on your behalf - that is how a position is measured. How we handle any of it is set out in the privacy policy.

Shared reports

A shared report link is readable by anyone who has it. It carries no account information, but treat the link itself as the key.

Liability

Seodar is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a report, for anything that happens to a site while it is being crawled, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, and that deletes your sites, crawls and findings, and disconnects anything you had connected. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, and will say why.
