What the client gets

A PDF, or a link that opens without a login. Both carry your branding, and neither asks the client to learn a new tool to read their own site’s numbers.

The sections are yours to pick: the score and where it moved, the ranked findings, what changed since the last report, search performance, per-segment scores for a site with distinct areas, and the topics its content covers.

What a client seat cannot see

The commercial layer is the part an agency cannot afford to leak, so it is not filtered in the browser - the server decides what a client seat is allowed to ask for, and the answer never contains the rest.

  • Your credit balance
  • Your plan and what it costs
  • Other clients on the account
  • Your internal notes on a finding
  • Your competitors' audits
  • The API keys and integrations

The month, without the busywork

  • Scans on a schedule

Weekly or monthly per site, with the credits it will cost stated before you commit to it.

  • Reports on a schedule

The report follows the scan rather than a calendar, so a client never receives one built from a scan that failed.

  • Alerts where you already are

A score that fell five points, new criticals, two failed scans in a row - into Slack, a webhook, or email, per site.

  • One login for all of it

Colleagues get editor or viewer seats; clients get a client seat scoped to their own site.

The SEO audit report template, section by section

There is no blank template to fill in. The report is composed from a crawl that already ran, and these are the nine sections it can contain - each one on or off per schedule, always in this order.

  1. ChangesWhat moved since the previous crawl: score, new findings, findings that went away.
  2. HealthThe score out of 100 and the counts behind it - pages crawled, criticals, warnings.
  3. SegmentsThe same score per section of the site, when the site defines segments.
  4. CategoriesWhere the points went: which of the check categories cost the most.
  5. FixesThe top fixes ranked by impact against effort, with the pages each one affects.
  6. LinksInternal links worth adding, from the pages that already have authority.
  7. TopicsTopic clusters and near-duplicate pages competing with each other.
  8. FindingsThe full table - every finding, its severity, and the URLs it was found on.
  9. SearchSearch Console and Analytics per page, when those are connected.

The same nine make up the shared link and the PDF, so what a client reads in the browser is what they get in the attachment.

Why the branding is a plan feature and not a checkbox

Sending mail as your domain means we ask a mail provider to accept a From address that is not ours, which only works once that domain is verified - so the honest version of “white label” includes a setup step, and we would rather say that here than have a client receive an unbranded email on the day it matters.

Questions

Not on an Agency plan. Your logo, your accent colour and your sending domain, once it is verified. Verification matters: a From address on an unverified domain is refused by the mail provider rather than delivered unbranded.
Yes - a client seat sees the sites you scope it to, and none of the account's commercials: no credit balance, no plan, no prices. Or send a share link, which needs no login at all.
Weekly or monthly, on a day you choose, and you pick which sections it carries - health, findings, changes since last time, rankings, segments. A report nobody reads is worse than none, so it is a short one by default.
The report says so rather than sending last month's numbers as though they were this month's. Silence is the failure mode that costs an agency a client.
